Before finalizing your reservation, we invite you to familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions. This ensures a seamless and enjoyable retreat experience for everyone.

Booking and Registration


Your retreat space is secured upon completion of the registration process and receipt of the applicable deposit, as specified for each retreat. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to future retreats if something happens and you are unable to attend. The remaining balance is due on the first day of the retreat.


Payment Plans:

If you opt for a payment plan, please adhere to the specified payment schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your reservation.


Cancellation and Refunds


Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible while maintaining the integrity of our commitment to all participants. Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat. This deposit ensures your reservation and contributes to the meticulous planning and arrangements made in anticipation of your presence.

The remaining balance is due on the first day of the retreat. In the event of a cancellation or a no-show, the non-refundable deposit will not be reimbursed. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with the reserved space and the preparation of personalized materials for each participant.

Once the retreat has commenced, and the full balance has been paid, there will be no refunds, even if a participant decides to leave before the scheduled conclusion. We encourage participants to commit fully to the transformative experience from the outset, understanding that our policy is designed to maintain the integrity of the retreat and uphold the quality of the experience for all participants.


Transfer of Reservation:

If unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance at the initially booked retreat, you can transfer your non-refundable deposit to a future retreat. This option allows you to reschedule your participation and join us when your schedule permits.


Participant Responsibilities


Health and Well-being:

It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or other relevant health information during the registration process. This information helps us ensure your safety and well-being during the retreat.



Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and consideration for fellow participants, facilitators, and hosts. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without a refund.



Participants must adhere to all retreat guidelines, rules, and regulations communicated by facilitators and hosts. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the retreat.


Retreat Changes and Cancellations



B∙M∙S Healing Retreats reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, activities, facilitators, or other elements. Participants will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner.


Cancellation by BMS Healing Retreats:

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat, participants will be offered the option to transfer their reservation to another retreat or receive a full refund.




Assumption of Risk:

Participation in B∙M∙S Healing Retreats involves inherent physical, mental, and emotional challenges. By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge and assume these risks willingly, understanding the nature of the activities and experiences offered.

B∙M∙S Healing Retreats, its hosts, facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other liabilities that may arise during the course of the retreat. Participants are solely responsible for their own well-being and are encouraged to act in accordance with their own capabilities and limitations.

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and supportive environment, individual choices and actions during the retreat are beyond our direct control. It is essential that participants adhere to safety guidelines provided by the retreat hosts and facilitators.

By voluntarily participating in our retreats, you release B∙M∙S Healing Retreats, its facilitators, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during the retreat.

We encourage all participants to consult with their healthcare providers and assess their physical and mental readiness before joining a retreat. Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in creating a harmonious and enriching retreat experience for all.

Privacy Policy


By participating in our retreats, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy:

  1. Health Intake Form: Any information collected through health intake forms is treated with the utmost confidentiality. This information is used solely for the purpose of understanding and addressing your individual needs during the retreat. It will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

  2. Photo Consent: We may capture and share moments from our retreats through photos to celebrate and document the shared experiences of our participants. However, we respect your privacy preferences. Before sharing any photos publicly on social media or other platforms, we will seek your consent. You are free to opt out of photo sharing, and your decision will be honored without question.

  3. Communication: Participants may receive occasional communications from us regarding updates, upcoming events, or relevant information. You have the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
